All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services, I do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Service-Based Offerings: My live & private readings are personalized services that require time, energy, and preparation. Once you book and pay for a session, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

What This Means:

• All payments are non-refundable
• No exchanges or credits will be issued
• Bookings cannot be canceled for a refund once confirmed
• Rescheduling may be available (subject to availability), but refunds will not be provided
